产品在干式计数器中增加了透射模块，与计数器组合为机械式动态数据库。需要时给脉冲电源读取数据库数据直接上传到计算机抄表或监控平台。
产品采用总线M-BUS或RS-485与采集器链接，采集器与集中器链接，集中器与抄表平台采用GPRS无线通讯上传抄表数据。
功能特点:
由集中器下发抄读水表当前数据指令自动抄读水表数据上传集中器;抄读水表数据速度300ms左右;无需电源支持，抄读数据时由采集器(或集中
器)给脉冲电源。
