DJTZ23-WS1c concentrator is an important part of the low-voltage power line carrier wave centralized meter reading system. The concentrator complies with the series of standards of "Electricity Consumers' Electricity Consumption Information Acquisition System" of the State Grid Corporation such as Q/GDW 1375.2-2013, Q/GDW 1374.2-2013, etc., and applies the modern digital communication technology, embedded technology, computer hardware and software technology, low-voltage power line carrier wave technology, etc. to collect and analyze and process electricity demand-side information. It applies modern digital communication technology, embedded technology, computer hardware and software technology, low-voltage power line carrier technology, etc. to collect and analyze electricity demand side information. It integrates the functions of low-voltage carrier wave meter reading, active reporting, AC analog quantity collection, valve-controlled disconnection and anti-stealing. The concentrator can conveniently modify equipment parameters locally/remotely and supports online upgrade of local/remote software; the large-capacity FLASH memory chip on the main board ensures convenient storage of all kinds of data; ABS waterproof and flame-retardant material, wall-mounted structure, lightweight volume and easy installation. The concentrator has the features of powerful function, easy to use, stable operation, convenient maintenance, high reliability, large storage capacity, good openness and high cost performance, which can well meet the user's application requirements in the areas of distribution substation side monitoring, remote meter reading, and power theft prevention.

1. Data collection
a. Energy meter data collection
The concentrator can collect the data of electric energy through real-time collection, timed automatic collection or automatic supplemental reading, and the data types collected are the real-time electric energy indication of the electric energy meter, the real-time combined active power, the daily zero point frozen electric energy indication, the daily zero point freezing combination active power, the meter reading day zero point freezing electric energy indication, the meter reading day zero point freezing combined active power, etc.
b. State volume collection
The concentrator collects the switch position status and other status information in real time, records it in the memory when the displacement occurs, and sends the displacement signal to it or the terminal actively reports it when the latest master station query.
c. AC analog acquisition
The concentrator I type is equipped with the analog acquisition function of voltage and current as standard, and measures voltage, current, power, power factor, etc.
2. Data storage
The concentrator I can read 1024 single energy meters or 300 three-phase energy meters, with a data storage capacity of 64M.
The concentrator I can classify and store 31 daily zero (next day zero) frozen power data of each electric energy meter, zero zero frozen power data at the end of 12 months, and 20 hourly electric energy data of 10 key users for 24 days (key users generate curve data according to the collection interval of 1h).
The number of concentrator type II meter readings is not less than 192.
3. Metering of public transformer electric energy
The concentrator type I has the function of AC analog acquisition, and when calculating the electrical quantity of the public transformer, it realizes the electric energy metering function of the public transformer, measures and stores the forward and reverse total and split phase active energy, the maximum demand and the time of occurrence, and the forward and reverse total reactive energy, and can be set and displayed, the accuracy of active energy measurement reaches 0.5 level, and the accuracy of reactive energy measurement reaches 2 level.
4. Parameter setting and query
a. Clock Recall and Timing Alignment
The concentrator adopts a built-in hardware clock circuit with temperature compensation, and the output frequency of the internal clock terminal is 1Hz, and the clock accuracy is ≤25.60s/d in the temperature range of -0°C-5°C, and the clock accuracy is ≤23.0s/d at the reference temperature (3°C). The concentrator can receive the clock recall and timing command of the master station or the local handheld device, and can also broadcast the time alignment of the collector in the system or the broadcast time calibration of the electric energy meter through the local channel.
b. Parameter setting and query
The concentrator can be set and queried by the master station remotely or locally by the handheld device, such as the concentrator file, the concentrator communication parameters, the meter reading parameters, the limit parameters, etc.
5. Event recording
The concentrator can classify and record events according to the set event attributes, such as important events and general events. The concentrator can save the last 500 event records, and the main events recorded are shown in Table 1.

6、本地维护
a.本地状态指示
集中器具有电源、告警、级联485、抄表485等指示灯。
b.本地扩展接口
集中器设计有本地通信接口,可抄读台区考核表数据,并可支持用于配变监测的交采装置和无功补偿装置进行通信。
c.本地维护接口
集中器设计有红外通信口、RS232串口和RJ45以太网接口,支持手持设备或PC设置参数和现场抄读电能量数据,并设置有权限和密码管理,防止非授权人员操作。
d.自检
集中器可自动进行自检,发现设备(包括通信)异常后记录事件并告警。
e.软件升级
集中器支持本地和远程软件下载升级,远程支持断点续传方式。
