Major function

DCZL13-WS2c type collector mainly completes the conversion function of carrier wave (or micropower wireless or broadband) signal to RS485 signal, but for the phenomenon that there are many types of RS485 meters with different protocols on the site, the control chip has done a lot of processing on the software. For the commonly used power information (total power, sharp power, peak power, flat power, valley power), the control chip reads through the RS485 interface circuit. Carrier chip (or micropower chip or broadband chip) receives the command from the superior and then feeds back the data in carrier mode (or micropower chip or broadband chip) to complete the communication process.

1、Data collection
The collector can automatically collect energy meter data according to the collection cycle set by the concentrator.
2、Data storage
The collector can categorize and store the data, form the historical daily data such as the total and each rate positive active energy value, and save the recent 24-hour whole point total active energy data of the key users' energy meters.
3、Parameter setting and query
The collector supports remote query or local setting and querying of the following parameters:
a. Support broadcasting time synchronization command to calibrate the collector clock.
b.Support setting and querying parameters such as collection period, power meter communication address, communication protocol, etc., and can automatically recognize and adapt to different communication rates.
c. It can automatically generate the table address index table of the power meter based on the table address issued by the concentrator or set by the local communication interface.
4、Event record
The collector can record events such as parameter change, meter reading failure, and power outage/uptime.
5、Data transmission
The collector data transmission function is as follows:
a.The collector can communicate with the concentrator, receive and respond to the commands from the concentrator, and transmit data to the concentrator.
b.Relay forwarding, the collector supports communication relay forwarding between the concentrator and other collectors.
c. Communication conversion, the collector can convert the upper and lower channel communication mode and communication protocol.
6、Local function
The collector has the indication of power supply, working status and communication status.
The collector provides local maintenance interface, which supports the handheld device to set parameters and read the electric energy data on site through the local maintenance interface such as infrared communication port. Local parameter setting and on-site meter reading are managed by authority and password.
7、Self-test and self-recovery
The collector has self-testing and self-diagnostic functions, recording the abnormalities of the collector's components and the number of times of daily self-recovery.
8、Initialization
After receiving the initialization command, the collector will initialize the hardware, parameter area and data area respectively, the parameter area will be set to default value, the data area will be cleared to zero, and the control will be lifted.。
